Motorola X Phone: A Gazillion Colors To Choose From, Hardware Customization Unlikely

<>

A new day, and a new batch of Motorola X Phone-related rumors / leaks / bits of information (whatever you want to call them) have surfaced. Lately there’s been a lot of official talking in regards to Motorola’s future handsets and what we can expect from their devices –including the X Phone- and it turns out that the company might focus greatly on battery life and durability. Good stuff!

Rumors have also suggested that the X Phone will be highly customizable, as in: users will have the option of choosing various components. That’s highly unlikely, but still, the future Moto flagship might still offer a high degree of customization. Details after the break.

Motorola X Phone: Customization

Previous rumors have pointed towards the idea that the X Phone will have customizable hardware. As such, the amount of RAM, the case material or even the screen size will be customizable. It all sounds quite interesting, but highly improbable.

Fortunately, it turns out that the X Phone will still offer a high degree of customization options in terms of aesthetics. Word on the street is that Motorola and Google will provide a wide array of colors to choose from, and although nothing is yet set in stone, reports claim that the number of flavors will exceed 20. Now that’s what I’m talking about!

If Motorola manages to pull this off then the X Phone will be, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most generous gadget when it comes down to color diversity. Hopefully these rumors will stick.

As always, we’ll continue to keep an eye out on Moto, so don’t go too far away.
